原理
電磁式
電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)(ci)式繼電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器一(yi)般由(you)鐵(tie)(tie)芯、線(xian)圈(quan)(quan)、銜(xian)(xian)(xian)鐵(tie)(tie)、觸點(dian)(dian)簧片等組(zu)成(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)。只要(yao)在線(xian)圈(quan)(quan)兩端加上一(yi)定的(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓,線(xian)圈(quan)(quan)中就(jiu)會(hui)流過一(yi)定的(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流,從而產生(sheng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)(ci)效應,銜(xian)(xian)(xian)鐵(tie)(tie)就(jiu)會(hui)在電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)(ci)力吸引的(de)(de)(de)(de)作(zuo)用(yong)下克(ke)服返(fan)回(hui)彈簧的(de)(de)(de)(de)拉力吸向鐵(tie)(tie)芯,從而帶動(dong)銜(xian)(xian)(xian)鐵(tie)(tie)的(de)(de)(de)(de)動(dong)觸點(dian)(dian)(常(chang)開觸點(dian)(dian))與靜觸點(dian)(dian)(常(chang)閉觸點(dian)(dian))吸合。當線(xian)圈(quan)(quan)斷電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)后(hou),電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)(ci)的(de)(de)(de)(de)吸力也隨(sui)之消(xiao)失,銜(xian)(xian)(xian)鐵(tie)(tie)就(jiu)會(hui)在彈簧的(de)(de)(de)(de)反作(zuo)用(yong)力返(fan)回(hui)原來(lai)的(de)(de)(de)(de)位置,使動(dong)觸點(dian)(dian)與原來(lai)的(de)(de)(de)(de)靜觸點(dian)(dian)釋放。這樣吸合、釋放,從而達(da)到了(le)在電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路中的(de)(de)(de)(de)導(dao)通、切斷的(de)(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de)(de)。對于(yu)繼電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器的(de)(de)(de)(de)“常(chang)開、常(chang)閉"觸點(dian)(dian),可以這樣來(lai)區分:繼電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器線(xian)圈(quan)(quan)未(wei)通電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)時處(chu)于(yu)斷開狀態的(de)(de)(de)(de)靜觸點(dian)(dian),稱為(wei)“常(chang)開觸點(dian)(dian)";處(chu)于(yu)接通狀態的(de)(de)(de)(de)靜觸點(dian)(dian)稱為(wei)“常(chang)閉觸點(dian)(dian)" [1] 。如圖(tu)2所示。
熱敏干簧
熱(re)(re)敏(min)干(gan)簧(huang)(huang)(huang)繼(ji)電(dian)器是(shi)一種(zhong)利用熱(re)(re)敏(min)磁(ci)(ci)性(xing)材料(liao)檢測和(he)控制溫(wen)(wen)度(du)的(de)新型熱(re)(re)敏(min)開(kai)關。它(ta)由感溫(wen)(wen)磁(ci)(ci)環、恒磁(ci)(ci)環、干(gan)簧(huang)(huang)(huang)管(guan)、導熱(re)(re)安裝片、塑(su)料(liao)襯底及(ji)其他一些附(fu)件組(zu)成(cheng)。熱(re)(re)敏(min)干(gan)簧(huang)(huang)(huang)繼(ji)電(dian)器不用線圈勵磁(ci)(ci),而由恒磁(ci)(ci)環產生的(de)磁(ci)(ci)力驅動開(kai)關動作。恒磁(ci)(ci)環能否向干(gan)簧(huang)(huang)(huang)管(guan)提供磁(ci)(ci)力是(shi)由感溫(wen)(wen)磁(ci)(ci)環的(de)溫(wen)(wen)控特(te)性(xing)決定(ding)的(de)。
固態式
固態繼(ji)電(dian)器(qi)是一種兩個(ge)(ge)接(jie)線端(duan)為輸(shu)入端(duan),另兩個(ge)(ge)接(jie)線端(duan)為輸(shu)出端(duan)的四端(duan)器(qi)件(jian)(jian),中(zhong)間采用隔(ge)離器(qi)件(jian)(jian)實現輸(shu)入輸(shu)出的電(dian)隔(ge)離。

安(an)全繼電器使用要點說(shuo)明如下:如圖3所示
1.電(dian)源(yuan)的(de)接法。 圖(tu)中(zhong)A1和A2為電(dian)源(yuan)端子,A1 接24V+;A2接0V。
2.在(zai)控制輸(shu)入電(dian)路中,正常使用(yong)時,需(xu)要在(zai)S11和S12 以及(ji) S11和S22之間接入所需(xu)要的開(kai)關條(tiao)件。一般為觸點或者按鈕接點。
3.在復位電路(lu)(lu)中,S33和S34之(zhi)間(jian)需(xu)要接(jie)入相應的復位條件。與此同時(shi),Y1和Y2之(zhi)間(jian)的條件也是復位電路(lu)(lu)的一部分,兩者條件必須同時(shi)成立
